Enchiladas and Salsa

Its been a goodly while I know it. I've been so busy with work that I haven't had time to cook, and then when I got time I haven't had the money for ingredients. That is over and done with though, as I have time AND money again hahahahahah!!! So here for your viewing pleasure is Awesome Sauce Enchiladas with my own home made Salsa. Enjoy it!
